Integrity Checks

Integrity checks help ensure that the VAs hired are trustworthy and have the necessary skills and qualifications to carry out their duties effectively. Integrity checks typically involve background checks, verifying references, and interviews with the candidates to assess their suitability for the role. By conducting these checks, real estate businesses can ensure that they are hiring VAs who will be reliable and professional and who will help the business run smoothly and efficiently.

 

To hire or to fire?

As with any industry, hiring or firing an employee starts with identifying the need for the position, then finding qualified candidates with the necessary skills and experience. However, additional factors need to be considered. The employee may have a track record of success but may also have a history of engaging in risky behavior that could be detrimental to the company. In this case, the employer must weigh the potential benefits and drawbacks of hiring or retaining the employee and decide based on the company’s best interests.
