Pre-work is an integral part of property inspections. As they always say, when you plan to fail, you fail to plan, and this couldn’t be more appropriate than when it comes to property inspections. Many things go into this, and a checklist is a must-have.

Small Talk is Important in Pre-Work

Sometimes, it’s not just about ticking things off from a checklist. It also matters that you talk to the owner, ask how they are, and find out why they are selling. This is the most important part of pre-work. Find out what else matters in this episode.
