JD Monroe is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Shorefront Investments and a visionary entrepreneur. He serves as the lead deal analyst and acquisitions manager. He establishes long-range goals, strategies, plans and processes to meet the needs of customers, employees, and investors. He found real estate after several deployments and looking into investing where he found Rich Dad Poor Dad. JD is an Air Force veteran.
